The Manjón-Ertty Clinic was born from the union of two international academic and clinical trajectories to conduct complex cases with method, precision and predictability – integrating orthodontics, TMD/occlusion and oral and maxillofacial surgery into a single flow of care.

Dr. Ertty Silva is a specialist in orthodontics, creator of the Ertty Systems and author of the book “Ertty Systems – Orthodontics | TMD | Occlusion”. He has been working in Brasilia for more than 30 years, with extensive experience in highly complex treatment, totaling more than 10,000 cases treated and documented – from childhood to adulthood.
A Dr. Irene Méndez-Manjón is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Traumatology, with a Master’s and Doctorate in Pain (Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein). Graduated in Spain with an Extraordinary End-of-Course Award, she consolidated her training in Barcelona and keeps her clinical care aligned with scientific production and continuous improvement.
Together, they decided to create a center that offers comprehensive treatment, focusing on Orthodontics, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Temporomandibular Dysfunctions, combining science, experience and advanced planning.
